THERE
ARE TWO DISTINCT DIVISIONS IN THE COMPANY, THAT
SELL UNIQUELY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS. THE SALES REPS
WORK IN EXCLUSIVE, LOCAL GEOGRAPHICAL TERRITORIES
AND "LEAD SHARE" BETWEEN THE DIVISIONS.
THE SALES REPS IN EACH DIVISION ACTUALLY COMPLIMENT
EACH OTHER. THE EQUIPMENT DIVISION DEMONSTRATES
AND SELLS HOTSY AND LANDA HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHERS,
AUTOMATIC SPRAY WASH CABINETS, AND REZNOR WASTE
OIL FURNACES. THE CHEMICAL DIVISION DEMONSTRATES
AND SELLS FACTORY CAT AUTOMATIC FLOOR SCRUBBERS AND
SWEEPERS
AND A FULL LINE OF INDUSTRIAL AND JANITORIAL CHEMICALS
THAT COMPLIMENT THE EQUIPMENT THAT IS SOLD.. EXTENSIVE
TRAINING IS FURNISHED AT CORPORATE OFFICE IN INDIANAPOLIS,
WITH "FIELD TRAINING" PERFORMED BY SALES
MANAGERS AND MANUFACTURER REPS. OUR FIELD REPS
SELL PRIMARILY TO MANUFACTURING, TRANSPORTATION,
AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES. "DRAW AGAINST
COMMISSION" COMPENSATION PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES
COMPANY VEHICLE, RETIREMENT PROGRAM, HEALTH CARE
INSURANCE, DEMO AND PHONE ALLOWANCE, AND OTHER
FRINGE BENEFITS. EXISTING SALES FORCE OF 20 MEN
AND WOMEN COVERING MOST OF INDIANA AND NORTHERN
KENTURCKY, WITH BRANCHES IN LOUISVILLE AND EVANSVILLE.
AVERAGE SALES INCOME APPROX. $50,000. GOOD COMMUNICATION
AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, HIGH ENERGY LEVEL,
AND SELF-MOTIVATIONAL ABILITIES ARE REQUIRED.
CANDIDATES MUST OWN A COMPUTER AND HAVE SOME WORKING
KNOWLEDGE OF VARIOUS SOLFTWARE PROGRAMS.
